Bandana definition and classification

Oct 26, 2018

The bandana was a simple and simple invention invented by the ancient working people when they were farming in the ground in order to avoid as much heat as possible. The Ming and Qing dynasties are the Confucian towels worn by the readers. It has been widely spread to the present and has become an easy-to-use, affordable accessory.

Women in Togo, Benin and Nigeria in Africa like to wear a robes made of brightly colored cloth and use the same face on their heads.

The color and texture of the fabric is made into a turban, which is quite different. Outsiders may be surprised, the weather is so hot, why bother to pack the head so tightly? In fact, this headscarf is the "headet wallet" of the locals. The women put the long strips of flowers around the head for several rounds. When they went out, they put a piece of banknotes between the headscarves. I don’t know the bottom of the people. It turns out that although the traditional robes are sunscreen and breathable, the fabric is too soft and not suitable for sewing pockets. Even if it is sewn, things can easily fall out. Plus women often carry their children, and the money is even less secure in their pockets. "Head wallet" is different: one is tight, can't shake, can't open; the second is high, the thief starts to equal self-exposure, so it can effectively prevent theft.

Bandana worn by men in Arab countries, and men in Islamic countries in Africa and Southeast Asia have a habit of wearing them.

The bandana of women in Islam has a unique meaning: the headscarf is not only one of the clothing of Muslim women, it is also a symbol of faith, awe of the Creator.
